Established in February 2005 Ufford Ales is a small local micro brewery producing fine ales. The brewery is located in a converted barn at the White Hart in Ufford which houses a 3 barrel brew plant. Plans are in place to increase the brewery capacity to 10 barrels in 2008. All of our beers are brewed using the finest ingredients. Marris Otter Malted Barley is the basis for most of our beers with hop varieties sourced from the UK, U.S. New Zeland, Germany and the Czech Republic giving fine flavours and aroma to our beers.
